if the price thing isn't fixed soon, ima just re-buy the game, I've been lovin, restarting each update to the point i could speed run to the new content and this is the only game i've speedrun before. I can't wait any longer, and my card isn't working on patreon... I might just get the 7$ one or go to supscribestar.

I'm no game dev and I don't wanna seem like a hater, but it really doesn't seem to me that the pricing issue is so serious that it has already been 2 weeks since Oppi realised the problem and there's still no update or fix in sight. I've also replayed this game god knows just how many times and I love it but I just don't want to pay even more money when I already paid for the game twice by accident and Oppi acknowledged the problem's existence and promised to notify us on the situation..
I can't take it, there's so much new stuff and waiting when I can just buy it one more time doesn't seem that bad, and I can support them more, It seems I'm joining in on the people who paid for it 2+ times.

Guys, fights against animals are bugged if you have feral scene off. If you lose, the pic of Sabrina inside the stomach will be stuck forever. I had problems with the hydra and the pelicans, since the other animals seems to skip the scene just fine.

EDIT: I may have found the reason I had no issues; I "purchased the game on 2024-06-01 04:35:57 for $10.00" and thus any price increase under that amount doesn't affect me. Having enjoyed the free game very much before that, I had no qualms about paying more than the asking price.
i seem to have a bug that has been persisting for multiple versions where there just isnt a sophie drop point in the village? am I completely blind what?
You can go to the folder that the error says and copy a random file and rename it to what is failing to load. A temporary fix if you just want to progress. works in 90% of failed to load errors
In your specific case you should go to game folder/data/audio/se copy a random file and rename it to "Bellows A"
few bugs/issues i've noticed atm 1. At the chicken area of the Explorer HQ and replay the scene for boss chicken, i get a failed to load error message if i win or lose against the boss, the only safe option is to watch the girl get eaten.
2. If i replay the scene with the Priestess and Demon the msq tracker points me to report back to the princess, when the princess has already escaped and is gone from the game
Edit: 3. Fighting the pelican at Travel tower caused same issue as 1. No Pelican image loaded during the battle and after defeating it a Failed to load message popped up with a retry button that leads to nowhere.
Also i think the autosaves are too frequent feels like the game is autosaving at times it shouldn't be, like when map/screen changes due to failure/ loss in a battle or minigame and etc

My worst case scenario was that people would have to pay an additional 1$ but itch seems to work kind of differently.. Sorry about all of this, I'll try to find a solution asap! Oppi, if you clicked "Set a different price for this file" when uploading, what you did is set a price just for 0.3.2 that ignores the project's price and any previous payment. The big problem is using it to have your game show up in the free games section, and using a paid file as the full game. Itch intended it to act like "DLC" for a game that already has a base price of $6 so you would just pay $1 extra for a separate file, or just raise the base price to $7 for new buyers without affecting previous buyers. What devs and users need to do is complain to Itch to allow users to increase an existing donation to a file, but I doubt they'll do anything because they'll say "we tell you in the support documents", and it looks like people have been complaining for years in multiple threads...

I don't know if its something I'm missing or if its actually broken now but the arena girl doesnt work...have tried a new save, fresh reinstall and going straight to her, and finishing almost all the other scenes in the game. Any ideas on whats going on
What upsets me the most is not that the price went up or you have to rebuy, But the face that we were not told beforehand and they haven't responded to any of the comments about it. That makes me lose respect for the developer.
I'm leaning more towards the need to buy it again being unintentional mainly since it wasn't mentioned in the update blog. I remember the windows version wasn't uploaded for a few day around version 0.2.2. Another factor in if it's an oversight is the fact the creator doesn't need to buy the game from itch.io. There is a chance the dev decided to quietly update the price for latest version but didn't actually intend to screw over people who payed for previous versions.
I'm thinking that is happening due to the price getting changed to be 7$ rather than 6$. 'Cause that's what I paid originally, and I'm having the same issue.
I highly recommend you start a new game if you're playing update 0.3.2 as some new things are not quite compatible with older saves. If you're playing an older version, just copy the save folder from your old game and paste it to your new game:)

What's going on with the game price? Is it being changed for previous owners or do we have to rebuy it again?
