Those unlucky who had none of the windows versions are unlucky.
I had the luck to still have the 0.2.0 windows version, figure out, that the icon of the exe is from nw.js, looked up the documentation and figured out how to merge them into a working 0.2.1.
I would upload it but Germany is very strict when it comes to punishing uploading someone else's intellectual property.
I would post the download link I got it from, but it's been removed.
Guide on how to do the same thing I did, if you have an older windows version (maybe you might even be able to get it to work with another nw.js runtime but I didn't try since I didn't need to):
Copy your 0.2.0 folder(we don't want to do it with the original in case something goes wrong) and name it 0.2.1
Download the Mac 0.2.1 and extract it
Navigate to [whatever path you extracted it to]\SabrinaTheHungryWitch_0.2.1_MAC\SabrinaTheHungryWitch_0.2.1_MAC\Game.app\Contents\Resources\app.nw
Select all (Cntrl+A) contents and copy them into your copied folder where the Game.exe is in - overwrite the existing files (that's why you made a copy of the folder in the first step)
Enjoy the 0.2.1, that didn't add all too much content, but we understand that, since they're working on that game pretty much alone if I understood what I found correctly.
We're glad for the gift of getting the previous version, would appreciate it a little more, if we didn't have to do a little digging tho.
A poor freeloader like me can't expect not to have to do a little tinkering :)

found a bug in 0.2.1, if you have consumed anyone then do the first gym scene, it doesn't stop you from eating the first gym girl, but it skips the previous victim. i did this by eating the two friends the old men argue about then going to the gym
Hello oppi games discovered a bug in update 0.2.0, the animation of Sophie eating does not play and back in the predators’ hideout the girl disappeared; the prey is on the table and I know that I’m already tired of talking about it, but there is no potion of strength in both cauldrons.
I dont see how, it would be like the yoga girl but both ways. it would help save time getting caught up to where you were if your save has had problems (I had a bug where I could only run the game for 1 session before it would corrupt and I need to redownload, fixed it, but annoying having to restart every time which is why I ask). I think it would be a nice to add a cheat that would make it be a lot less time consuming reaching stage 5, then eating the slime or the inn girl for 5-10 minutes to go from stage 1 to 5. The point feels even more lost on me eating the same girl 25 or so times
if you mean that there is no free version just click on the download button now then click no thanks just take me to the downloads and get the free version and since the game is in development it won’t be completely free anyway the author needs something to live on

I did that, found out even in 0.1.9, which I thought you could use the potion in at any time, but apparantly it requires going to the vent.
